Sakai Akimasa Deba Knife

The Deba is a traditional Japanese fish butchering knife with a thick blade suitable for working around bones. This knife appears to have been stored unused or almost unused, and the stickers remain in clean condition. There may have been a personal name on the front, but it has been removed to the point of being unreadable.

This knife is single-beveled carbon steel, valued for its exceptionally sharp edge.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
