Welcome to Yoichiro Knife. Our shop is based in Kyoto and operates online only.
While we do not have a physical storefront, visitors staying in Japan can receive their orders by hand delivery in Kyoto or Osaka, or by domestic shipping within Japan.
🏨 Free Hand Delivery (Kyoto / Osaka Area)
If you are staying in Kyoto or Osaka, Yoichiro will personally deliver your order to your hotel lobby or a nearby station area.
This is a great option if you wish to receive your knife in person during your stay.
- Area covered: Kyoto city area / Osaka city area
- Fee: Free
- Order guideline: For orders of around 100 USD or more
- Delivery location: Hotel lobby or station area (to be arranged in advance)

・For safety reasons, knives cannot be opened or checked in public places.
・Please open and check them only in your hotel room or another private space.
📦 Domestic Shipping Within Japan
For those staying outside Kyoto or Osaka, or who prefer direct delivery to their hotel,
we offer nationwide shipping via Japan Post (¥1,300 flat rate).

- Fee: ¥1,300 flat rate
- Coverage: All regions within Japan

- When packed in your checked luggage, most countries consider it within duty-free allowance (VAT exempt).
- You can safely carry it home yourself, avoiding the risk of damage or loss during international shipping.

- Place your order as usual through our online store.
- Set your billing address to your home country, and your shipping address to your hotel or accommodation in Japan.
- Choose your preferred delivery method (hand delivery or Japan Post).
