Shipping policy
Shipments are handled through Japan Post or UPS, or other international carriers we find appropriate. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination region.
International deliveries may be delayed by customs in the destination country. Such delays are beyond our control. All international shipments include an electronic or physical commercial invoice. We are not responsible for any additional duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees; these are entirely the customer’s responsibility. In compliance with the law, we do not mark parcels as “Gift” or under-declare the value of goods on invoices.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup with the carrier. If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, repeated delivery failure, insufficient/incorrect address, or unpaid duties/taxes, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. If you would like us to re-ship a returned parcel, the customer is responsible for all new shipping charges, duties, and taxes. Please note that if the parcel is disposed of or abandoned by the carrier due to unpaid duties/taxes or prolonged non-collection, no refund will be issued.
