Returns & Cancellations
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please use the return request feature in your customer account. If you do not have access to your account or are unsure how to submit a return request, please contact us at yoichiroknife@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
After your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please submit a return request before sending any item back.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled until they have been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the return policy described above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
Important Notes for International Orders
If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, repeated delivery failure, an insufficient or incorrect address, or unpaid duties and taxes, the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
If a carrier disposes of or abandons a parcel because duties or taxes remain unpaid or the parcel is not collected within the required period, no refund will be issued.
Re-shipment is available upon request, but the customer is responsible for all new shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
