Kiya Toshimitsu Santoku Knife

The santoku is an all-purpose knife that handles meat, fish, and vegetables, making it a staple for home cooking.

This knife is double-beveled with a warikomi (clad) construction, and it is in very clean, nearly unused condition.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engraving “木屋利光” (Kiya Toshimitsu).

A near-unused clad santoku is a great everyday upgrade—sharp core performance with approachable maintenance for regular kitchen routines.
