Flower Logo Deba Knife
A deba is a Japanese fish knife with a thick blade, well-suited for working around bones and tougher parts when breaking down fish.
This knife is made of hagane (high-carbon steel) and is a kurouchi-finished deba. It is almost single-beveled, but the backside has also been sharpened slightly, and it has been finished in that condition. Because it is small and lightweight, it may also be a good companion for fishing trips.
It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.
It features a flower-petal-like logo mark.
A compact deba is a handy size for small fish—great when you want a tough little knife that can handle heads, collars, and filleting work without taking up much space.
Length: 275mm
Blade Length: 130mm
Blade Width: 42mm
Blade Thickness: 6mm
Weight: 161g
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
