Seki Aozora Nakiri Knife
The Nakiri is a traditional Japanese knife ideal for chopping vegetables and root crops. Its straight edge allows precise, clean cuts. This double-edged high-carbon steel blade features a beautiful water buffalo horn handle and retains its bright silver edge despite some natural patina typical of carbon steel.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "関青空作" (Seki Aozora) and "青紙" (Aogami Steel).
A rare and elegant blade crafted from Blue Paper Steel, blending cutting performance and aesthetic appeal for vegetable work.
