Kikusue Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri is a Japanese knife designed for straight cuts through vegetables. This well-preserved piece features a clean black-forged finish and is made with Chigusa steel, offering impressive sharpness.

This double-edged knife is made from high-carbon Chigusa steel, known for edge retention and crisp cutting ability.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "菊季" (Kikusue), and "千草鋼" (Chigusa Steel).

An attractive and capable vegetable knife—ideal for traditional kitchens and modern prep alike.
