This is an extra-large honesuki (boning) knife with a thick and highly durable blade.
The honesuki knife is designed for boning and trimming meat, particularly useful in butchery and precision cutting. Due to its large size, it is especially suitable for breaking down bigger cuts of meat.
This knife is single-edged and made of high-carbon steel, offering exceptional sharpness. It is crafted from specially forged Swedish steel, ensuring excellent durability.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
