Sakai Takayuki Kensaki Yanagiba Knife

The Kensaki Yanagiba is a type of Yanagiba used for slicing sashimi and distinguished by its pointed tip.

This item appears to have seen very little use. Its hammered pattern, Damascus finish, and Kiritsuke-style profile create a highly refined design. Although it is a double-beveled stainless steel knife, its thin 2mm blade reflects the manufacturer's intention that it can be used effectively as a Yanagiba.

This double-beveled knife is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and easy to maintain.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.

Marking: 孝行 (Takayuki), Damascus, VG-10, TAKAYUKI, etc.

Length: 390mm
Blade Length: 265mm
Blade Width: 34mm
Blade Thickness: 2mm
Weight: 185g

SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
