Faded-engraving Takohiki Knife.

Takohiki knives are thin single-bevel sashimi knives with a square tip, traditionally associated with the Kanto style.

The engraving has faded and the first character appears to be 正 (Masamoto may be possible); please judge from the photos.
The faded engraving and tapered blade are reflected in the price.
Other items received at the same time include good Masamoto, Kanesou, and Sabun pieces, so the quality is assured.
Recommended for anyone who would like to try a quality takohiki.

Single bevel carbon steel offers excellent cutting performance.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.

Engraving: Faded and unreadable. The first character appears to be 正 (Masamoto); the second resembles 本 (hon).
