Sugimoto Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile chef's knife suitable for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This is an extremely slim Sugimoto brand Gyuto knife. With a blade thickness of only about 1mm, it is slim and lightweight, making it suitable for various uses. It should also work well for simple sashimi slicing.

This double-beveled stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
