Takumi Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife features AUS10 stainless cutlery steel laminated between stainless layers, providing excellent sharpness while remaining highly rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

This knife is double-beveled laminated steel, offering both sharp cutting ability and ease of use.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.

Marking: 燕三条 (Tsubame-Sanjo), 匠 (Takumi), etc.
