The single-bevel Gyuto is a rare knife that combines the versatility of a Gyuto with the exceptionally sharp cutting performance of a single-beveled blade. This knife is unused and in beautiful condition. It is a rare all-purpose knife that can also be used for slicing sashimi or handling fish like a Deba. Please note that minor storage marks and sharpening marks may be present.
This single-beveled stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
