This is a gyuto knife by Teruyasu Fujiwara.

The gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a popular knife by Teruyasu Fujiwara, with an attractive tsuchime and nashiji finish that gives it a distinctive handcrafted character. It is an excellent example in very good condition.

This knife features double-edged warikomi construction, combining sharpness with ease of use.
The hand-finished look and forged character give this knife a strong artisanal presence, while the gyuto profile keeps it highly practical in daily use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "刀工" (Swordsmith) and "藤原照康作" (Teruyasu Fujiwara).
