Sakai Takayuki Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile kitchen knife suitable for cutting meat as well as vegetables and fish. There are some small scratches and sharpening marks from maintenance, but they do not affect usability. It still has plenty of life left and is ready to continue serving in the kitchen.

This knife features a double-edged stainless steel blade that is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
