Sakai Tsukitora Funayuki Knife

The Funayuki is a traditional Japanese knife with a slimmer profile than a Deba, making it easy to handle for filleting fish as well as preparing meat and vegetables. This knife appears to have been stored in unused or nearly unused condition. It was professionally sharpened because the edge had become slightly dull during storage. The original box is included. Please note that minor storage marks, sharpening marks, and damage to the box may be present.

This single-beveled carbon steel knife offers a sharp cutting edge.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
