Ujifusa Gyuto Knife (300mm)

The Gyuto is a Japanese all-purpose knife, equivalent to the Western chef’s knife. This 300mm slim-profile model is forged from high-carbon steel. The handle shows slight modification, with one rivet hole visible, likely from long-term use on large cuts of meat.

It features engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "氏房" (Ujifusa), and "特製" (Special).

A long, slender gyuto built for big tasks, this Ujifusa knife is a strong choice for professional kitchens.
