Miyakotsuru Santoku Knife

This is a santoku knife from Miyakotsuru. The santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables and is very popular for home use. As with the matching nakiri, this knife appears to have been stored almost unused, with most visible marks on the protective coating over the Hagane steel rather than the blade itself.

The knife has a double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, providing excellent sharpness and cutting performance.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "都鶴" (Miyakotsuru), and the handle still has its original seal attached.

This santoku makes an excellent main kitchen knife for those who want the sharp feel of carbon steel in a relatively unused, department-store-quality blade.

Length: 305mm
Blade Length: 170mm
