Kinkei, Seki Magoroku Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife, perfect for thin, clean slices of raw fish. This piece has marks from storage but the edge was restored through sharpening. Made from single-edged high-carbon steel, it is sharp and elegant.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "近景" (Kinkei) and "関孫六作" (Seki Magoroku).
