Aritsugu Tsuke-Bocho Knife
The Tsuke-Bocho is a specialty knife used in decorative food preparation, especially for shaping or presenting items like kamaboko (fish cakes). It has a unique blade-less design used more for shaping than cutting.
This high-carbon steel knife features a water buffalo horn handle and is in excellent, unused condition.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "有次" (Aritsugu).
An extremely rare and refined tool from one of Kyoto’s most respected knife makers—ideal for traditional Japanese presentation techniques.
