Buffalo Horn-Handled Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife known for its long, thin blade that allows clean cuts through fish without crushing the fibers, producing beautiful slices.

This single-beveled knife is made from high-carbon steel, offering outstanding sharpness. It has clearly been well-maintained and used over time, with significant sharpening done—so much so that the original maker's engraving is no longer legible. However, it was sourced alongside knives from reputable brands like Masamoto and Kiya, and its quality suggests the same level of craftsmanship.

The knife has been professionally sharpened and is ready for use right out of the box. Please handle with care during unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

This is a rare opportunity to experience the cutting precision of a high-end Yanagiba knife at a great price. Ideal for professionals or enthusiasts who appreciate refined tools, even without brand markings.
