The Takohiki knife is a Japanese knife used for slicing sashimi beautifully, distinguished from the Yanagiba by its rounded tip.
This double-edged high-carbon steel knife offers excellent sharpness. With a length of 330mm, it is easy to maneuver even in home kitchens.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "杉本" (Sugimoto).
