Set of 3 Sakai Homare Knives

This set includes three types of knives: Yanagiba for sashimi, Santoku for general use, and Ai-Deba for fish preparation. All knives are made of high-carbon steel, each featuring the Sakai Homare engraving.

Although stored for a period, the knives remain unused and are kept in a wooden box. The box may not be original and has minor stains; please consider it as a complimentary addition.

Size information: the Yanagiba is true to size, the Santoku measures 305mm in length with a 170mm blade, 46mm blade width, 1-2mm thickness, and weighs 101g. The Ai-Deba measures 285mm in length with a 150mm blade, 49mm width, 3-4mm thickness, and weighs 189g. Box dimensions are 405mm x 205mm x 40mm.
