Santoku Knife by Seki Magoroku – Muroya
The Santoku knife is a versatile Japanese knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.
This double-edged knife has a hon-warikomi steel structure with a high-carbon steel (hagane) core for exceptional sharpness. The warikomi construction also makes it relatively rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "本割込鋼" (Hon-Warikomi Steel), "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), and "室屋" (Muroya).
