This Deba knife features a beautiful water buffalo horn handle and is slightly lighter than traditional Deba knives, making it easy to maneuver in the home kitchen.
The quality of the Aritsugu brand is well-regarded, making this knife suitable even for professional use.
The spine has some minor hammer marks, but overall, the knife shows very little wear and is in excellent condition.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "特製" (Special Make) and "有次" (Aritsugu).
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
