Sakai Takemori Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is a Japanese knife specifically crafted for delicate sashimi slicing.

This single-edged high-carbon steel blade is approximately 20.5cm, a manageable size for preparing sashimi at home.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

Engraved with "堺武守" (Sakai Takemori).
