Katsuhiro Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese knife primarily used for slicing sashimi, known for its thin, long blade.

Crafted from carbon steel, this knife offers exceptional sharpness. It is a double-edged blade, which is less common for Yanagiba knives but allows for versatile use.

The knife has been expertly sharpened and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "特撰" (Tokusen) and "勝弘" (Katsuhiro). The handle has a sticker, though it shows signs of wear.
