This double-bevel knife is made from steel, ensuring exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it’s ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "かね惣" (Kaneso), and "最上" (Saijo). The Kaneso logo is also present.
