Hirotomo Menkiri Knife
This Kuro-uchi finished double-edged knife is used for cutting soba and other noodles.
Made from carbon steel, it offers exceptional sharpness.
While there is some patina due to age, the cutting edge retains a clean, bright silver appearance, indicating the quality of the steel.
The knife features the engravings "三条登録" (Sanjo Registration) and "廣朋" (Hirotomo), with a branded mark on the handle.
