Noshu Hidemoto Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional sashimi knife designed to slice fish beautifully in a single smooth pulling motion. This appears to be a nearly unused stored item. Please allow for minor storage scratches. This double-bevel stainless steel sashimi knife is easy to use for preparing sashimi from fish fillets at home.

This knife is double-beveled stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
