Misono Petty Knife 125mm (Swedish Steel, Wooden Saya)

This is another petty knife by Misono. It is a compact and easy-to-handle Western-style knife, well suited for use as a fruit knife and for fine cutting tasks. The blade had been maintained with a straight edge and has been finished that way, allowing for sharp, direct contact with the board and easy, straight cuts.

The knife is double-bevel Hagane (Swedish steel), offering a very sharp and lively cutting feel.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service. A wooden saya is included.

It bears markings such as “MISONO” and “SWEDISH STEEL.” This petty is ideal for users who like a slightly more responsive carbon-steel-style blade for detail work, while still enjoying the compact convenience of a small knife.

The Swedish steel core provides excellent edge retention for frequent, precise cuts.
