Shun SORA Gyuto Knife 155mm
This is a Shun SORA Gyuto knife from KAI, a versatile Western-style chef’s knife. It uses a VG10 composite material, providing excellent durability and sharpness. Backed by KAI’s quality, it is suitable for everything from everyday home cooking to professional use. The blade was originally finished with a mirror polish; while there are small scratches from normal use, the mirror surface remains in attractive condition.
The knife is made from double-bevel stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to look after.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It features the “旬” (Shun) and “VB0723” markings, along with the KAI logo, and the handle carries the Shun badge. This compact Gyuto is easy to control on smaller cutting boards and is ideal as a primary all-purpose knife for modern kitchens.
