Tadafusa Noodle Cutter Knife

A wide, straight-edged noodle knife for even soba and udon cutting, double-bevel for stable tracking.

Hagane high-carbon steel with a kurouchi finish.

Stored unused; listed as “nearly unused” due to storage period. Professionally maintained and sharpened; ready to use. Please open carefully. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “寅” (Tora) and “忠房” (Tadafusa); the handle retains a seal.

A solid, traditional cutter for precise noodle work at home or in small shops.
