Shojiki Kama-Usuba Knife

A Kansai-style single-bevel vegetable knife with a rounded tip, suitable for katsuramuki and decorative cuts.

Hagane high-carbon steel, tuned for crisp, controlled slices.

Some natural patina from storage; freshly polished edge. Professionally sharpened; ready to use upon arrival. Please open carefully. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “正直作” (Made by Shojiki).

Designed for precise vegetable work where tip control matters.
