Kikuichi Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a multi-purpose Japanese knife that excels at cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife is double-edged, forged with laminated steel, and shows minimal signs of use. It is a simple yet elegant santoku in very good condition.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings and logos "奈良" (Nara) and "菊一作" (Kikuichi).
Handcrafted in Nara, this Kikuichi santoku represents centuries of Japanese blade-making tradition.
