Aritsugu Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife with a single-edged blade, designed for katsuramuki (rotary peeling) and decorative cutting. This knife is made of high-carbon steel, offering exceptional sharpness. It has been carefully maintained and remains in excellent condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "特製" (Specially Made) and "有次" (Aritsugu).
