Glestain Petty Knife 145mm

This is a petty knife by Glestain. Petty knives are convenient small Western-style knives suited for cutting fruit and quick prep tasks. It comes in a box originally used for another knife, but will be delivered as is. As it was stored unused, the edge should be in excellent condition, and it has not been sharpened in order to preserve the original finish.

The blade is double-bevel stainless steel with Glestain’s characteristic dimples, which help reduce sticking and make maintenance easy.

It features the Glestain logo and lettering. This petty is ideal as a compact, low-maintenance knife for everyday use, especially when you want quick, clean cuts without ingredients clinging to the blade.

It pairs well with a larger Glestain Gyuto or Santoku for a unified kitchen setup.

Blade Length: 145mm
