Sakai Takayuki Petty Knife “Grand Chef” 150mm

This is a Sakai Takayuki Grand Chef petty knife. Petty knives are compact Western-style knives ideal for fruit, small vegetables, and fine preparation tasks. This is an unused, boxed item, so the edge should be excellent, and no sharpening marks have been added. Please forgive minor storage marks on the blade or box.

The blade is double-bevel Hagane made from Uddeholm Swedish steel, part of the Grand Chef series, and offers a sharp, responsive cutting feel in a small format.

It carries “SAKAI TAKAYUKI” and “UDDEHOLM SWEDEN STEEL” engravings and logos. This petty is an excellent partner to a larger Grand Chef Gyuto, handling all the detailed cutting tasks where a full-size chef’s knife feels too big.

Its slim profile and high-quality steel make it suitable for both home and professional use.

Length: 260mm
Blade Length: 150mm
