Nakamura Komei Aji-Kiri Knife 165mm
This is another Aji-Kiri knife by Nakamura Komei. Aji-Kiri knives are small deba-style knives that excel at filleting small fish into three pieces. This piece is an almost unused stored item; while there are slight scuff marks from storage, overall it is in very clean condition. It is a convenient entry-level knife for fish cooking at home.
The blade is double-bevel stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and easy to maintain.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It features “中村孝明” (Nakamura Komei) name and stamp, as well as “Stainless steel” markings. This stainless Aji-Kiri is perfect for beginners who want to practice cleaning small fish for sashimi or simple sushi dishes without worrying too much about rust.
Its manageable size and double-bevel edge make it easy to use even for cooks not yet familiar with traditional single-bevel knives.
