Nakamura Komei Aji-Kiri Knife 105mm
This is an Aji-Kiri knife by Nakamura Komei. Aji-Kiri knives are compact deba-style knives specialized for filleting small fish such as horse mackerel into three pieces. This is an almost unused stored item. The thin, double-bevel stainless blade makes it very easy to maneuver, and it is particularly convenient for cleaning small fish. Because it is made from stainless steel and resists rust, it is also a practical knife to take along for horse mackerel fishing and similar trips.
This knife is double-bevel stainless steel and is characterized by its light and easy handling.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It features the “中村孝明” (Nakamura Komei) name and stamp, as well as “Stainless steel” markings. This compact Aji-Kiri is excellent for preparing small fish for sashimi or for toppings on home-style sushi, especially when you want a rust-resistant knife that can be used near the sea or on fishing trips.
The thin stainless blade glides smoothly through delicate fish, making it easy even for beginners to achieve clean fillets.
