Tojiro Aji-Kiri Knife

The Aji-Kiri is a small Japanese knife designed for processing small fish such as horse mackerel. This piece appears to be in near-unused condition with minimal wear.

This knife is single-edged and made from high-carbon steel, delivering excellent sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "藤次郎作" (Tojiro).
