The Santoku is a versatile Japanese knife ideal for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. This compact, lightweight version is easy to handle and made with a carbon steel core (Warikomi), offering excellent sharpness.
This double-edged knife is made with laminated steel, balancing sharpness and maneuverability.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "堺慶介" (Sakai Keisuke) and "ハガネ割込" (Carbon Steel Warikomi).
A nimble and sharp small Santoku—perfect for smaller hands or kitchens with limited space.
