Sakai Takayuki Honesuki Knife

The Honesuki is a Japanese boning knife specifically designed for separating meat from bones—ideal for butchering and prep work. The blade surface has a pear-skin (nashiji) texture, while the edge itself is smooth and polished in silver carbon steel.

This knife is double-edged and made from high-carbon steel, offering exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "堺孝行" (Sakai Takayuki), and "別上" (Superior Grade).
