The Gyuto is a Western-style Japanese chef's knife suitable for slicing meat and vegetables. This high-carbon steel blade has a natural patina and a polished silver edge.

This knife is double-edged and made from high-carbon steel, ensuring great sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings and logos "東京杉本" (Tokyo Sugimoto), "SUGIMOTO," and "9124".
