Yoshizane Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a multi-purpose Western-style Japanese knife. This near-unused blade is made of beautiful Japanese steel, with just faint patina. Double-edged high-carbon steel ensures excellent sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "吉實" (Yoshizane), and "日本鋼" (Japanese Steel).
