Shinsui Niimi Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife for slicing sashimi and raw fish. Though shaped like a Yanagiba, this blade is double-edged and also well suited as a Sujihiki or Wa-Gyuto. Made of high-carbon steel (Aogami Super), unused stored item.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "新見松水" (Shinsui Niimi), "大" (Dai), and "AS" (Aogami Super).
A rare, versatile blade crafted from premium Blue Super steel — a true gem for chefs.
