Aritsugu Yanagiba Knife (Extra Long)

A long, single-bevel Yanagiba for extended draw cuts that minimize cell damage and maximize sashimi sheen.

Hagane high-carbon steel; water buffalo handle, long format.

Well-cared-for condition. Professionally sharpened for immediate use; handle with care. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “特製” (Special) and “有次” (Aritsugu).

Preferred by sushi chefs for slicing larger fillets cleanly in one stroke.
