Aritsugu Yanagiba Knife

A single-bevel Yanagiba designed for elegant sashimi slicing with long, smooth pulls.

Hagane high-carbon steel with a water buffalo handle for traditional feel.

Well-maintained example; the tip has been intentionally rounded. Professionally sharpened; ready to work. Please open carefully. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “特製” (Special) and “有次” (Aritsugu).

A classic sashimi tool for sushi prep where control and finesse matter.
