Tosa Yamamasa Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri is a double-edged Japanese knife with a straight blade, ideal for vegetable preparation. This knife is forged from Aogami (Blue Paper Steel), known for its superior sharpness and edge retention. The black-forged finish is well preserved, and the knife is in excellent condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "土佐" (Tosa), "山正" (Yamamasa), "別打" (Custom Forged), and "青紙鋼" (Aogami Steel).

A high-grade Nakiri built from premium Aogami steel, this knife offers professional-level performance for demanding vegetable work.
